Who we are
Mini Makers Craft Club runs art and craft classes for children aged 2-5 at The Makery at Great Ashley House, Winsley, near Bradford-on-Avon. If you have any questions about this notice, email themakery@spence.org.uk.
What this website collects
This website does not have accounts, forms or tracking. Browsing it does not send us any personal information.
- Email. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details for as long as we need them to reply and to run the classes you ask about.
- Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may record your IP address when the font files are requested. See Google's privacy policy for details.
- Hosting. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Booking a class
Bookings and payments are handled by our booking partner, The Makery at Great Ashley House, on their own website. The details you enter there, such as your name, email address and payment information, are collected under their privacy policy, and they share with us what we need to run the class: who is coming and how to contact you.
Photographs
We only publish photographs of children with their parent's or carer's permission. If you would like a photo removed, email us and we will take it down.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email us and we will sort it out. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how this site works, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page and the cookies page first.
